Custom Jar Labels and Stickers

To make custom-printed jar labels, start by choosing your label shape and size. To help get your measurements right, use our How to Choose the Right Label Size

You can then upload your design or create your design from scratch using Avery's Design & Print software. Include what's in the jar, your logo and any other needed information. 

For glass jars, you want labels that stick well and look great. Heavy-duty labels are a good pick because they're durable and water-resistant. If you're after a more rustic or homemade look, brown kraft paper labels can be charming and have a rustic look. Clear labels can make your logo pop when paired with a glass jar.

For Mason jars, Avery offers a variety of label types that can add a professional yet personal touch to your creations. You can choose from their round, oval, square, or even arched labels, depending on the style you're going for. Avery's Design & Print software allows you to customise these labels with your own text, images, or designs. You could use their clear film labels for a sleek, print-on-glass look or go for their Kraft Brown labels for a rustic, homemade feel. They also have glossy and matt options, depending on whether you want a shiny or subdued finish. 

Got glue residue on your jars? Rubbing alcohol or eucalyptus oil can help. Just dab some on a cloth and rub the sticky area. For tougher residue, soaking the jar in warm, soapy water can loosen things up. Then, use a scrub pad or scraper to gently remove the glue.

For water bottle labels, you'll want something that can handle moisture. Heavy-duty polyester labels are great because they are waterproof. Thee materials won't smudge or tear, keeping your design looking good, even when the bottle gets wet.

Yes, we offer a free sample pack. It contains samples showcasing a large range of our materials and shapes, along with a sizing chart to help you easily choose your perfect label.

After designing your label, you can preview it and download a Digital PDF Proof for review. This allows you to verify the final size, text legibility, spelling, and image quality before placing the order. If satisfied, proceed to add it to your shopping cart; otherwise, click "edit" to make adjustments. 

For a physical proof/sample, we suggest ordering 1 sheet of labels to check your design before placing a larger order.

We recommend going through our Artwork FAQs to make sure you set up your artwork correctly for best print results. To upload your own artwork, select your shape / size / material and click “Start Designing”, you will then be prompted to either enter our design software or you can upload your jpg, pdf etc.
