Custom Mailing & Addressing Stickers

Unfortunately at this time, we only have the option to print the 1 design / address per job. This means that the quantity of labels you select will all be the same address. This is perfect for return address labels, or if you send items to an address frequently.

We do have the option to have different addresses per label available in our blanks labels which you print yourself at home or office. Please check out our blank labels range and then follow our Import Data - Mail Merge Guide for the process.

In Australia, when placing mailing stickers or address labels on an envelope, it's important to consider its size. You should leave a clear zone of at least 15 mm at the bottom of the envelope. Also, leave a gap of 15 mm between the address zone and the envelope's right and left edges. This typically positions the mailing sticker towards the centre of the envelope, making sure that the address is easily visible and can be quickly processed.

The main difference is their purpose. Address labels are for basic mailing information, like sending letters or small parcels. They typically have the sender's and recipient's addresses. Shipping labels, used for larger and commercial packages, have more detailed information like tracking numbers, barcodes, and shipping instructions. They're also usually larger to accommodate all this info.

Yes, we offer a free sample pack. It contains samples showcasing a large range of our materials and shapes, along with a sizing chart to help you easily choose your perfect label.

After designing your label, you can preview it and download a Digital PDF Proof for review. This allows you to verify the final size, text legibility, spelling, and image quality before placing the order. If satisfied, proceed to add it to your shopping cart; otherwise, click "edit" to make adjustments. 

For a physical proof/sample, we suggest ordering 1 sheet of labels to check your design before placing a larger order.

We recommend going through our Artwork FAQs to make sure you set up your artwork correctly for best print results. To upload your own artwork, select your shape / size / material and click “Start Designing”, you will then be prompted to either enter our design software or you can upload your jpg, pdf etc.
