Honey Labels And Stickers FAQs
To whip up your own honey labels, first think about what you want them to say and look like. You'll need to include your brand name, the type of honey, and its net weight. Use Avery Design & Print to add graphics or your logo.
For custom honey labels, earthy tones like gold, brown, or green are great as they reflect the natural vibe of honey. These colours can make your jars look inviting and wholesome. But don't be afraid to play with brighter colours if it fits your brand's personality!
If you're selling raw honey, you should use a custom honey label for your product. In Australia, you need to include the name of the food (like 'Raw Honey'), your contact details, and the net weight. If you make any specific claims (like 'organic'), make sure they're accurate and you can back them up.
When choosing a font for custom honey labels, think about readability and the vibe you're going for. A simple, clean font like Arial or Times New Roman is easy to read, but if you want something more 'homemade' or 'rustic', you might go for a handwritten-style font. Just make sure it's not too fiddly– you want folks to be able to read it easily.
Labelling honey jars is pretty easy. Make sure your label includes your brand, the type of honey, and its weight. Stick the label on the front of the jar where it's easy to see. Some folks also add a label on the lid or around the jar with extra info like the harvest date or origin.
Sealing honey jars isn't a legal must, but keeping the honey fresh and preventing spills is a good idea. A simple twist cap is usually enough, but if you want to go the extra mile for safety or freshness, you can use an Avery tamper-evident seal. This also gives customers peace of mind that the honey hasn't been opened!
