Ultra Heavy Duty Waterproof Labels & Stickers

Waterproof labels / stickers are designed to be impervious to water, meaning they won't disintegrate or lose their stickiness when wet. We use adhesives that maintain their hold even when wet or submerged.

Remember, though, the term 'waterproof' can be confused- some stickers may only withstand splashes and rain, while others can handle full immersion for extended periods.

Our Ultra Heavy Duty label material is Waterproof, Saltwater-proof and the material is BS5609 Section 2 certified for GHS Chemical Hazard Labelling of chemicals for transport compliance. Please note that the Print ink is not section 3 certified. 

It depends, the label material is BS5609 Section 2 certified but the printed ink is not certified. Check your specific requirements before ordering.

Thicker, but more conformable film. The Ultra Heavy Duty PE (polyethylene) face is thicker than the Heavy Duty polyester but it’s softer, so it moulds to squeezable containers easier.

Wider temperature range. Ultra Heavy Duty performs from −40°C to +150°C, compared with −20°C to +100°C for Heavy Duty. It can also be applied in colder conditions: down to 0°C, versus 5°C for Heavy Duty.

Choose Heavy Duty for everyday waterproof labels on bottles, jars and packaging. Choose Ultra Heavy Duty for chemicals, drums, tanks, outdoor and marine use, oily or textured surfaces, and squeeze bottles.

Yes. The PE film flexes with the bottle each time it’s squeezed, so it resists peeling, cracking and wrinkling. That makes it a good fit for cosmetics, sauces, cleaning products and other squeezable packaging.

Once applied, the labels hold up from −40°C to +150°C. That covers freezers, cold rooms, outdoor heat and warm storage areas. For the best bond, apply them to a clean, dry surface at room temperature.

Yes, we offer a free sample pack. It contains samples showcasing a large range of our materials and shapes, along with a sizing chart to help you easily choose your perfect label.

After designing your label, you can preview it and download a Digital PDF Proof for review. This allows you to verify the final size, text legibility, spelling, and image quality before placing the order. If satisfied, proceed to add it to your shopping cart; otherwise, click "edit" to make adjustments. 

For a physical proof/sample, we suggest ordering 1 sheet of labels to check your design before placing a larger order.
