- Colour profile: CMYK , RGB (CMYK preferred. RGB images will be automatically converted to CMYK during upload)

- Bleed margin: 2mm (outside of trim)
- Safety margin: 2mm (inside of trim)

Cards FAQs
We offer 3 types of finishes for our cards. Mat, Gloss Coated or Matt Coated.
- Matt gives you a natural card texture that is perfect for hand writing on both sides for the card without smudging
- Gloss Coated finish gives you a shiny laminate coating which makes images appear sharp and bright. The coating also gives extra strength for a more durable card. Coating will only apply to the front side of the card.
- Matt Coated cards have a smooth effect on printed colours, giving images a flatter appearance. This type of finish is ideal for understated cards but are just as durable as gloss coated cards. Coating will only apply to the front side of the card.
Choose an uncoated paper finish if you want to write on your cards. These surfaces are easier to write on compared to glossy or laminated cards, which can smudge ink from pens.
The following two time frames will apply to your order:
- Printing & Processing Time: 1-2 business days
- Shipping Time: This will be as per Australia Post’s shipping timeframes depending on your location. See our help section for more detailed information.

Yes, we offer a free sample pack. It contains samples showcasing a large range of our materials and shapes of labels and cards.
After designing your card, you can preview it and download a Digital PDF Proof for review. This allows you to verify the final size, text legibility, spelling, and image quality before placing the order. If satisfied, proceed to add it to your shopping cart; otherwise, click "edit" to make adjustments.
We recommend going through our Artwork FAQs to make sure you set up your artwork correctly for best print results. To upload your own artwork, select your shape / size / material and click “Start Designing”, you will then be prompted to either enter our design software or you can upload your jpg, pdf etc.
