CREATE A DESIGN AND WIN WITH AVERY BRANDING AND MERCHANDISING RANGE OF PRODUCTS

  1. By entering this PROMOTION, Entrants agree to abide by these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter is Avery Products Pty Ltd, ABN 38 000 065 065, 11 Carrington Road, Castle Hill, NSW, 2154, ph 1800 644 353
     
  2. The Promotion commences at 9.00am AEST on 1 November 2017 and closes at 17.00pm AEDT on 30 November 2017 (Promotion Period).
     
  3. Entry is open to any Australian resident aged 18 years or older (Entrant).  Employees related to companies of the Promoter and agencies associated with the promotion and their related companies are ineligible to enter.
     
  4. To be eligible to enter, entrants must purchase a minimum of one (1) product from the Avery Branding and Merchandising Range in a single transaction from either Office Choice Blue Mountains (89 Katoomba St, Katoomba NSW 2780) or Office Choice Springwood (Shop 2/3 Raymond Mall, 7 Raymond Road, Springwood NSW 2777) during the Promotion Period. Once the purchase has been made the eligible entrant must go online to Avery Design and Print Online www.averyproducts.com.au/print  and design a sheet of labels/cards/tags and submit this with an entry form provided in-store along with proof of purchase (Entry). 
     
  5. Multiple entries are permitted, subject to each entry being submitted separately and in accordance with entry requirements.
     
  6. Incomplete, indecipherable or inaccurate Entries will be deemed invalid. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promotion database. The Promoter is not responsible for any delay in, or failure of, transmission which causes an Entry not to be received within the Promotion Period.
     
  7. Entrants must retain the original purchase receipt(s) clearly showing the purchase date which matches the date of purchase as specified on their entry, used to enter for all entries as proof of purchase. Failure to produce the original purchase receipt(s) for all entries when requested may, in the absolute discretion of the Promoter, result in invalidation of all of an entrant’s entries and forfeiture of any right to a prize.
     
  8. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the entry process. Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter's discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  1. By accepting the terms and conditions upon entering the promotion you are automatically entered into the Promoter’s email database.
     
  2. The total Prize Pool is valued at up to $800.00. There is one (1) Prize valued at up to $500.00. The Prize is an Office Choice Blue Mountains $500.00 gift voucher which must be redeemed in-store. There is one (1) Prize valued at up to $200.00.  The Prize is an Avery Products hamper to the value of $200.00.There is one (1) Prize valued at up to $100.00. The Prize is an Avery Products hamper to the value of $100.00.
     
  3. The Prize Draw will be conducted by 5.00pm (AEDT) on 1 December 2017 at Office Choice (89 Katoomba St, Katoomba NSW 2780). The Prize Winner will be the selected on design originality by a panel of judges. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, and cannot be taken as cash. 
     
  4. The Winner will be notified by email or telephone within five (5) business days of the Prize Draw, will receive written confirmation within twenty-one (21) days, and the winning design will be displayed in the front window of Office Choice Blue Mountains store, winners will be provided with details of how to claim their Prize and the date by which they must claim their Prize (21 December 2017). Winners may need to provide sufficient identification in order to claim their Prize.
     
  5. If the Prize is unclaimed by the Prize Claim Date, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority, the Promoter may conduct a further draw on 21 December 2017 at the same time and location as the Prize Draw, in order to distribute the unclaimed Prize (Unclaimed Prize Draw). In the case of a winner, they will be notified by telephone within two days of the Unclaimed Prize Draw, receive written confirmation within twenty-one (21) days.
     
  6. By entering this Promotion and submitting content you authorise that it is your own content and that you are permitted to distribute such content.
     
  7. Supplying your valid contact details are part of the conditions of entry to this promotion. All contact details entered incorrectly shall be deemed invalid.
     
  8. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify entries if the entry has violated the Terms & Conditions in any way.
     
  9. The Promoter’s decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of Entries and Entrants and to disqualify any Entrant who submits an Entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry or who tampers with the Entry process including the use of any form of automated entry device or software.
     
  10. The Promoter is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of, in connection with, or arising out of the Promotion or taking the Prize.
     
  11. If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including but not limited to fraud or causes beyond the control of the Promoter or anything which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right in their sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.
     
  12. The information entrants provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this Promotion. The Promoter may disclose Entrants’ personal information to companies and agencies connected with this Promotion.
     
  13. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to Avery Products Pty Ltd and not to Facebook.
     
  14. In order to conduct this Promotion, the Promoter needs to collect personal information about each entrant and may for this purpose, disclose such information to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, gift suppliers and regulatory authorities. Participation in the Promotion is conditional on providing this information. It is a condition of entry that the entrant agrees to being entered into the Avery Products Pty Ltd database. The Promoter and Avery Products Pty Ltd may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the entrant and for such other purposes as set out in the Avery Products Pty Ltd Privacy Policy. Entrants should direct any request to access, update or correct information to the Promoter. All personal details of entrants will be stored at the office of the Avery Products Pty Ltd. Upon the entrant’s request, all information provided will be removed from our active database.     2. using the Entrant’s personal information for the purposes of carrying out marketing, planning, product development and promotional campaigns, in any media including email and SMS, unless an Entrant otherwise withdraws their consent to the use of their information in this manner; and
    3. using the Entrant’s name, likeness, image and/or voice (including photograph, film and/or recording of the same) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting the Promotion and for any other purpose at the Promoter’s sole discretion.
