Avery FilePro® is an online software specifically designed to help you label and colour code your lateral files quickly. It offers numerous pre-designed templates and colour options, so you can build number and alphabetical colour-coding systems to keep your files organised and easy to identify.

Avery FilePro is ideal for filing systems in medical practices, HR departments, legal practices, schools and other educational institutions.

Lateral filing is a system in which files are stored side by side on a shelf, with the spines facing outwards. Shelf dividers or file racks keep them upright and organised. Often the files are labelled with numbers and alphabetical colour-coding for an easy and quick way to identify the correct file. This is where Avery FilePro software steps in and helps you bulk-create the colour-coding system.
